  I have always been a frequent costumer at Terrywhite Coorparoo and they never let me down. Today, in a Sunday morning, they assisted me and my partner with an issue we were having and had to get fixed today, amazing and quick service, always friendly and professional. I’ve expressed our gratitude by the phone, but I also would like to recommend this pharmacy to all people reading this! Thanks Dave and Michael, you’re the best!!

  Had a dispensing error when starting a new medication and was overdosing for almost two weeks. Had to replace the script early at my own cost and noticed that the doctors which prescribed the medications had all been mis-matched on the printed stickers. On a separate occasion I placed a click and collect order for another new medication (which TWC claims are processed within 2 business hours) and had no status updates on the order for 18 hours. Called to enquire and was told my order would be expedited once a pharmacist was free. Called 4 hours later and was told they couldn’t find a file for me and they’d have to call back when they were less busy. I totally understand that people are doing their jobs and (hopefully) trying their best, but accuracy is paramount in this work and I’ve experienced none with this pharmacy. I have massive respect for the pharmacists and the supporting staff, but such issues have potential to significantly impact the quality of life of paying customers (eg I’m likely not going to sleep tonight as I doubt I will be able to collect the script ordered 25 hours ago). I can tell this is a popular pharmacy and the staff are all very nice. I’d like to see improvements as this is the closest pharmacy to me and interactions with staff are otherwise pleasant.

  This chemist may change ownership but it’s been here for many years. It’s updated with the times- you should see the drug holding/ dispensing machine. Busy as a bee here- don’t be in a huge rush. Polite staff. Chemist will hold scripts for regulars. Wear a face mask it’s still mandatory in Oct 22. Parking on street or next to chemist.

  Staff here profile's you based on your appearance. If you're tattooed and have piercings you'll have to wait extra long for them to call your Dr, just to check you're not there to abuse the system. Super unprofessional and makes for an uncomfortable experience.
  (Tattoos cost money, a lot of money....not sure where the stereotypes come from)

  A big thank you to Dave fromTerry White Chemist at Coorparoo for the kindness he displayed on the night of the 13th Dec 2022. We were staying in an Apartment across from the PA Hospital as we had come from Mackay that day for my husband to have a procedure done on Wednesday. He is a Diabetic and we realised that he had forgotten to pack his insulin needle tips. So we rang Terry White at around 9pm Tuesday night asking if they had the needle tips we needed and they said yes we do. We then explained we were from Mackay and had no transport to which Dave said give me your address that your staying at and I will drop it to you on my way home, which he did. We are so grateful for his caring customer service.

  Used to shop here, till I discovered their purchase and refund policy is based on the subjective discretion of whoever is working, not company policy. They will use every unethical and fictitious excuse to avoid taking back a non-pharmaceutical product. You're better off going to an establishment that has some kind of established policy up front.

  Every staff member so helpful - this is my go to chemist! Brittany has been extremely helpful and I cannot recommend her or Terry White Coorparoo high enough. Thank you to the entire team for always being super helpful, friendly and also providing insightful knowledge and advice.

  I have been helped from Brittany and she is an absolutely amazing professional and human being! She went above and beyond helping and explaining me about my potential allergy and the suitable medicines for that. What a high standard service!

  I normally get my scripts delivered but on this occasion I didn’t ring in time.. Checked if my one was in stock & script was valid..
  They are open til late so I said I would drive round later as just come out of Hospital not sure I could walk it..
  But, Grace the young girl I was talking to said you are only round the corner aren’t you..?
  Well she brought it round for me..!! Not only this it decided to throw it down..
  There she was standing in the pouring rain huge smile on her face with a towel over her head..
  Thank you Grace so much..
  She is a keeper Terry White..!!

  Terry White Chemist Coorparoo is the best I have experienced: their staff are available to help quickly, they have a wide range of products, it is located next to a medical centre, they have a naturopath and naturopathic products, they are open from 7am till 11pm. Keep up the good work :)

  Day Night pharmacy open 7 till 11 every day. Plenty of range. It's usually very busy so you'll need to wait.
