I decided to seek the help of a personal trainer 3 years ago when I wanted to quit smoking & give up the booze and unhealthy eating habits I had become accustomed to. I realized that I couldn’t do it by myself and I thought I best surround myself with someone who led a healthy lifestyle and who could inspire me to get out there and make it happen. It was hard to make a change, but I was ready, and so my journey began with MissFit PT. The sessions were challenging from the get go, but I always felt a million bucks after our sessions were done. The workouts, the conversations, the encouragement is what keeps me going back for more…even 3 years on.
