  Ordered a ute mid morning to pick up at 8pm was told on their website I would be sent a confirmation email. As I didn't have access to my emails I tried to call their 1300 number to confirm and continually got hung up on or disconnected. I check my emails and saw that it had infant not been booked and they wanted more info, I filled that out and returned the email. I was contacted saying they didn't have a vehicle available and that because I was a new customer I would be able to get a vehicle until the following day anyway. This have now cost me more money running around than the ute would have cost. They need to be clearer on their website with hiring criteria.
