  The first car servicer that I feel like I can actually trust. When I took my car in, they were quick to point out that none of my services (in 120,000km) ever changed the cabin filter due to a unique workaround to reach it.
  
  Noted that I needed to change my battery and sure enough, a few weeks later it died. They jumpstarted my car for me, brought it in to the garage and replaced the battery, along with a discount since I had a service recently.
  
  Happy to have finally found a mechanic. Won't be looking for a new one anytime soon.

  Darren at Urban Auto has been looking after our cars for a few years, after coming highly recommended by several friends. We are so happy with their transparency, prices and service. Highly recommended.

  We used this mechanic for the first time when our Ford Ranger was having issues. The team here were were extremely helpful and efficient, our truck was booked in and fixed within 24hrs.

  United Car Care is the best extended warranty available period..The Employees are all wonderful.Very kind and polite, Very knowledgeable about their warranty!! Every time We have had to call on them for service for our vehicle it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY.They have always been up front with us never try to push anything on us or lie to us,like ALOT of places has done to us.When you get an Extended Warranty with United Car Care "YOU ARE COVERED"! Pam...YOU ARE SPECIAL Thank You for your help and kindness..!!!

  I bought an extended warranty for a 12 year old Subaru Outback from a dealer where I bought the car. The cost was reasonable and rolled into my monthly car payments. I had a number of repairs done early on and have a had a few since. I understand that parts that wear out should not be covered, such as brakes -- but I don't understand why United Car Care would not cover replacement of rusted brake lines. I had to pay for that out of pocket. Not a large expense, but certainly confusing. Other than that, I have been very pleased with the service

  I purchased this extended warranty when I got my second-hand vehicle from the dealership and I'm glad I did. It's already come in handy on two occasions, both times United took care of the claims without issue. In my opinion if you're buying a second-hand vehicle this is absolutely a necessity.

  I purchased an after market car warranty for our Jeep and the carrier is United Car Care. I ran into an issue in which Jeep refused to honor the remaining Drive Train Warranty when the rear electronic locker didn't disengage. They claimed our tires were larger and the lift was higher than factory specs, even though neither contributed to the rear e-locker failure. I contacted United Car Care and within an hour received underwriter approval of coverage. We had paid the surcharge for tires 35 inches or less and a lift up to 4 inches. I am still waiting to take it to the shop and the case is still open but it was approved without any hassle. This company is great!!

  Customer service was top notch to answer our questions. The dealership that was repairing our car was easily able to coordinate with United Car Care to be paid for the work. Absolutely no work on our part which made it super easy! Thanks for taking a stressful repair situation and making it much easier on us.

  I recently had my car steering wheel lock up late at night, and after the RACQ guy couldn't get it unlocked, I had to pick a mechanic to get my car towed to. I'm so glad that I read the google reviews, because I really picked a winner!
  The gentlemen (because they were really gentlemen) at United Car Care called me the next morning to tell me that they had looked at my car, and thought that I would be better off getting a locksmith out to have a look at it. They then proceeded to help me out by talking to the locksmith, and kept the car in overnight when I couldn't pick it up straight away.
  I will be back to service my car, and I have no doubt that I've found my new regular mechanic.

  I have been having my cars serviced with Leo, Robyn and the team at United Car Care for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Amazing friendly service and great value. They always take the time to explain what's happening with my car in easy to understand terms.

  Highly recommend this company. I am from WA and was seeking help with my Hydrastar unit on my trailer. After I described my issues Leo without hesitation patiently listened to me and then outlined what the problems could be and how to problem solve. His knowledge was unbelievable and Leo and his staff went out of their way to assist, returning phone calls without undue delay. Even though I wanted to order a part, Leo insisted I do another test to be sure where the fault lay and he was right. Brisbane you are lucky to have a firm with this sort of knowledge, integrity and just good old fashioned customer service.

  Took my car in to get serviced, was given over a $1350 invoice to get more repaired-was still blowing smoke after servicing so took to a friend mechanic and was told the wheel bearings didn't need doing and that the engine was burning oil.
  Would have appreciated the engine being fixed before spending money on wheel bearings that didn't need doing. Really disappointed at being ripped off as I'm a single mum.

  Initially took my Whittley / Mackay trailer to these guys to get my Hydrastar brake control unit fixed (recommended by Hydrastar themselves), after being told by another mechanic (who I had already spent a small fortune on for brake repair and general service) that I also required a brand new brake controller for $1300 plus labour. In less than 10 minutes Leo had discovered the actual cause of failure was an intermittent power supply from the car to the control unit, not the unit itself (strangely missed by the previous mechanic who checked my car's power on two separate occasions). Once discovered it only took 20 minutes to get an auto sparky out to the car (Rick) who found and fixed the problem immediately. Both Leo and Rick were absolutely brilliant and so knowledgeable in their trades - would recommend these guys to anyone needing mechanical or electrical work on their boat trailer or car for that matter. I will only be taking my trailer to these guys from now on.
